By creating an account or using the MASS platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use MASS. These Terms apply to all users including guests, registered members, sellers, creators, and business accounts.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a MASS account and use the Social Feed. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the following features: MASS Marketplace (as a seller), Video Creator Channel, MASS Wallet, MASS Token transactions, and virtual real estate purchases. By using these features, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account to any other person. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to: • Post content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, violent, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that depicts nudity • Harass, bully, stalk, or impersonate any person • Engage in spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices • Attempt to access, disrupt, or damage platform systems • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interact with MASS without authorization • Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans • Use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity • List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods on the Marketplace • Sell or distribute controlled substances, weapons, or other prohibited items For detailed rules on what content is and is not permitted, see our Community Guidelines.

You retain ownership of content you create and post on MASS, including posts, listings, videos, and world builds. By posting content, you grant MASS a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, store, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and for marketing purposes. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post, and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

MASS tokens are platform utility tokens only. They are not securities, investments, or legal tender. The platform sets and may change buy and sell rates at any time without notice. Token value is not guaranteed. MASS makes no representations about the future value of MASS tokens. Tokens may only be used within the MASS platform or withdrawn to a connected Solana wallet address. We reserve the right to freeze, suspend, or confiscate MASS tokens associated with fraudulent activity, violations of these Terms, or suspicious account behavior. On-chain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for tokens sent to incorrect wallet addresses.

The following paid features are available: • MASS Marketplace (seller access): $10/year • Video Creator Channel: $15/year • Business Account (full access): $40/year Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of a subscription period. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice.

MASS provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. MASS is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of listed items, nor the ability of sellers to complete a sale or buyers to complete a purchase. Sellers are responsible for: accurate item descriptions, pricing, condition disclosure, and fulfillment. Sellers may not list prohibited items including but not limited to counterfeit goods, controlled substances, weapons, or stolen property.

The MASS 3D Virtual World, including virtual real estate parcels, in-world buildings, and avatar items, exists solely within the MASS platform and has no real-world monetary value or legal property status. Virtual parcels may be modified, reset, or removed by the platform at any time at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any loss of virtual items, parcels, or world progress.

The MASS name, logo, platform design, code, and all original content created by MASS are the exclusive property of MASS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any MASS-owned content without express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. Content you posted may be removed. Any unused subscription period will not be refunded. You may close your account at any time through the app settings.

THE MASS PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT, ACTIONS, OR OMISSIONS OF ANY USER.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MASS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of MASS that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of MASS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
